Vi har eftersalgscentre i Europa, PVY 1-års garanti til tilbehør: Strukturelle komponenter - forgaflen, sadelpinden, styret, frempinden, bremsegreb, bremser, tandhjul, kranksæt og tommelskifter, Elektroniske komponenter - oplader, controller, display, booster, skifterhåndtag, motor og skifter. (Hvis der opstår et produktproblem inden for den ovennævnte garantiperiode, vil det blive udskiftet med et nyt uden beregning, hvis det ikke kan repareres.) For stel gælder 10 års garanti.

Vores elcykler er helt nye og leveres foldet for nem forsendelse. Med en samlingsgrad på 85 % kan du nemt samle den. Når du har pakket den ud, skal du blot montere pedalerne og justere styrets vinkel, så det passer til din højde og kørestil. Det er en hurtig og problemfri proces, så du hurtigt kan komme ud at køre.

The biggest improvement needed is quality control and after-sales support. My bike arrived with several assembly and mechanical issues, including problems with the pedal/crank, handlebar and front mudguard. There was also no clear printed assembly guidance, which made the experience more difficult than it should have been.
Frank from support was polite and tried to help, but the process involved several emails, troubleshooting videos and waiting for replacement parts. In the end, I decided to return the bike. Ironically, the replacement crank and pedal arrived after I had already returned it.
I think PVY offers good specifications for the price, but better pre-delivery quality checks, clearer documentation and faster local support would make a huge difference to the customer experience.
Ich besitze das Fahrrad nun schon seit 3 Monaten und bin mehr als enttäuscht. Ich habe mir lange überlegt, ob ich eine Bewertung schreibe, ich ärgere mich nahezu täglich über diesen Fehlkauf und teile daher meine Erfahrung.
Zuerst fing es mit der längeren Lieferzeit an inkl. über fehlendes und falsches Zubehör , dass ich erst nach mehrmaligen mailen und 1 weiteren Monat Wartezeit bekommen habe. Das Schloss war direkt Schrott, die Taschen billigste Ware und halten bei dem Klapprad Modell nicht, da der Gepäckträger viel kleiner ist, was eigentlich der Verkäufer wissen sollte. Der Aufbau war einfach, mein Mann hat auch die vordere verbogene Bremsscheibe reparieren können. Das Rad macht auch immer noch einen wertigen Eindruck. Allerdings hält es nicht, womit explizit geworben wird und das ärgert mich ungemein, einige Dinge waren für mich Kaufentscheident und die werden nicht erfüllt. Wir besitzen Ebikes in sämtlichen Preisklassen und Modellen, auch eins in dieser Preisklasse von Fe““““ und der Vergleich dazu sind Welten auseinander.

Ständig fällt die vordere Lampe ab, da die Löcher im Schutzblech viel zu groß sind
Es ist über 3 kg schwerer als angegeben,also hoch zur Sbahn tragen ist nicht mal eben möglich
Klappmechanissmus sehr schwer zu öffnen
Die Bremsen quietschen und schleifen
Das Akku ist auf Stufe 3-4 nach ca 25 km leer
Man kann das Fahrrad nur schwer in den ersten 1-2 Stufen fahren, da es sehr schwer ist und der Akku erst nach einer Zeit anspringt und sobald man 20km erreicht hat wieder den Betrieb einstellt. In Stufe 3-5 klappt das besser, allerdings ist auch hier bei 23 km Schluss. In Stufe 5 bekommt man es auf max. 28 km getreten und fühlt sich danach wie ein Sprinter . Trotz App und der Umstellung der Funktionen .
Es hat keine Anschiebehilfe und das bei dem Gewicht.
Der Kundenservice reagiert kaum und verweist auf App oder Tutorials oder reagiert gar nicht.
Beim zusammengeklappten Rad lösen sich blitzschnell die Stromkabel Verbindungen, so das man nach dem wieder einklappen erstmal sämtliche Stecker wieder einstecken muss, da man sonst ohne Licht, Klingel etc. dasteht. Die Verbindungen sind ganz dünn, ich habe es versehentlich bei. Zusammenstecken verbogen und durfte zuhause Präzisionsarbeit mit Pinzette etc. leisten. Jetzt sind die Kabel alle getapt.
Ich kann hier wirklich keine kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

Great little bike , bit heavy to lift but good for transport in a car fi. I am 1,92 and can sit quite comfortabel on it. Ofc its more for commuting then long distance but thats exactly Why i bought it.
Bon et beau vélo très bien équipé. Dommage qu'il manque le bloc phare avant, mais après contact avec le service client et quelques échanges d’emails et photos, il va m'être expédié.
De fiets rijdt goed, maar is wel vergelijkbaar met een fatbike. Je moet wel blijven trappen, maar de fiets gaat meteen naar de maximum snelheid die je hebt ingesteld. Alsje minder trapt gaat de fiets wel wat langzamer, maar niet zoals bij een normale elektrische fiets. Dat vind ik wel jammer. Volle ondersteuning of geen ondersteuning. De accu is snel leeg. Met mazzel haal je 40 km. Ik heb gefietst in Nederland, dus best vlak terrein, er stond geen wind. Dit valt erg tegen. Het rechte stuur is voor mijn pols niet fijn. Ik ga kijken of ik er een ander stuur op kan zetten wat meer gebogen en hoger is.
Wat mij het meest tegenvalt is dat het rijgedrag van de fiets lijkt op een fatbike.

The bike arrived quickly, the delivery was flawless, the assembly instructions are limited, links to utube videos would be helpful. I found getting the seat at the right height to be a bit tricky, it is more suited for people taller than myself at 155 cm

It arrived very quickly and was in good condition. It was easily to put together without any problems. Although the charging item didn’t have the UK plug after emailing the support team it was posted to me. Everything works fine.

The bike is good. Cycling is nice. But it is not a bike for in a train to carry with you. Once folded, you can not attach it to each other for easy carry. You can carry it in a car.

As a short person I find the position of the bottom bracket too high off the ground making the bike difficult to pedal comfortably with legs at not a proper extension. It could do with lower suspension on the front wheel or the option to remove the telescopic dampers and just have a hard front wheel. Apart from this the bike is very good and excellent value. The cycling support provided is awesome! I will get use to the riding position!

Very pleased with my bike!
A few points of concern:
- I haven’t figured out how to fold it properly. When folding it looks awkward and the bike doesn’t stay in folded position. Also, when folded, the only way to have it stand upright without holding the bike is to have it lean on the chain…. This doesn’t feel right…
- the battery only lasts about 30 to 40 km, very different from what is advertised.
- the bike is quite heavy, even for an electric bike.
Can you help me out with the folding?
The bike is however beautiful and very comfortable!

I was impressed with how robust the bike is.
I bought this to go in our caravan and use on various terrains.
It is not as compact and doesn’t fold up as small as I would have thought but it still in our caravan easily.
Unfortunately the front sprocket was bent on arrival so the chain wouldn’t stay on. PVY have sent a replacement which is great but no tool to take the old one off. That aside it is a good robust bike for the price and will do the job well.

It arrived with a flat rear tire and 70% assembled, as the front wheel and mudguard were not attached to the bike. So I had to pay for a new rear tire and also to be assembled properly in order to be sure for my safety.
